Just in case no one has told you, it’s definitely okay to quit. We rarely, if ever, are encouraged to do so. For some reason, quitting is stigmatized as a mistake and a bad decision, when it can very well be the right decision. If you are doing something you don’t want to do at all, something that is negatively impacting you at your core, continuing is the bad decision and quitting is actually the healthy choice.
Don’t be afraid to quit!
Allow yourself to change as you learn. Trust your own knowing and give yourself permission to follow it.
