We’ve all been taught the basic principle that everything is energy. We’ve been shown the graphs of different types of energy waves and we talk about light, sound, and current as energy with frequencies but that’s where the curriculum stops.
Just as colors range in frequencies, emotions have frequencies too. Feelings of the highest frequency or vibrational energy are enlightenment, peace, joy and love. Whereas feelings of fear, grief, guilt and shame have the lowest frequency or vibrational energy
You are meant to experience and express a full spectrum of emotions throughout your life but it doesn’t feel good to have a vibration that is continually residing in the lower frequencies. When you hangout there too long, it can feel like you’re stuck there. But that doesn’t have to be the case.
When you are ready and wanting to come out those lower vibrational feelings, work toward neutrality. This way you can effectively raise your vibration without forcing any inauthentic feelings.
Happiness doesn’t always feel attainable, especially in moments when we are experiencing deep sadness. We think we need to chase whatever makes us happy and while happiness and joy have very high vibrations, peace is higher. Sometimes, instead of searching for ways to increase our happiness we would benefit more by cultivating peace in our life, our space and within ourselves.
