How Anger Can Be The Best Gift

We want to only experience positive, good feeling emotions but the reality is we experience a range of emotions each and every day and all of them are important and even useful.

Of all the emotions, anger gets a particularly bad rap. When you are angry people often jump to quell it and advice you calm down as quickly as possible. 


But sometimes anger isn’t meant to be squashed. It is meant to be felt. Sometimes your anger is your wake up call and call to action. 


Be grateful for your anger; it’s your indicator that time is up and change is needed. 


Instead of harboring anger, strategically channel it into something better. Use this high intensity feeling to take action toward working on your fitness and health, your relationships, your dreams - your heart’s true desires. Use it to finally say enough and walk away or slingshot your way forward. Your anger is your fuel.
