There are many techniques and quick tips to feeling happy.


  • Take a walk outside.
  • Exercise.
  • Choose more positive thoughts.


While these are all excellent for your mental health, know that feeling your pain is okay too.  Allow yourself the opportunity to, gently and with self-compassion, sit with uncomfortable feelings and process your pain.


How you grow from your pain is  how you learn to cultivate happiness within.


Out of darkness comes true gratitude and humility.
